I have my pets food on auto ship. I receive email reminders the shipment date is approaching. If I decide I need it sooner or later I have the option to go into my account and adjust my preferences. It arrives when promised my package(s) is intact and always with a good freshness date. There is food for weight management for older pets and there are a great variety of treats to choose from. I am very satisfied on behalf of my pets. Thank you

We have been on the subscription service since 2018. The delivery usually takes 4 days or less. When we inquire for status via chat, we found out this delivery will take one week.
