Products always arrive on time. Great service. Shipping packaging could be improved as the last two packaging shipments had been repaired by FEDEX.

I have two goldens and I really like the auto ship. I only wish that I could automatically alternate the items that I like to get with the shipment to every other shipment.

Very convenient, reasonably priced (except I wish the cat litter were cheaper, but I understand that the delivery costs for 50 pounds of clay are high - so I still do Sam's Club for litter - $8 for 50 lb!). The only thing I would change would be the ability to change one order without changing the future orders. Sometimes I just don't need one of the things I order but still need the rest, and would rather be able to zero that item out individually for a specific delivery.

I found the price plus shipping competitive. My items arrived before I expected them with a sample treat for my dogs. I did find the web site somewhat difficult to navigate and a little irritating

The toy was intact and has a lot of potential. Unfortunately my kitty cat was only interested in it for about all of 45 seconds. It has been difficult to stimulate play with her so I had hopes for this toy. My kitty is 15 years old, depressed and lonely (loss her companion a year ago). SIGH
