We own two (2) golden retrievers, and they don't eat the same dog food. Before PetFlow, it seemed like I was always traveling to the store, and lugging these large heavy bags of food. Now, I don't even think about it. My scheduled deliveries are automatic. Just as we're finishing our last bag of food, the next one shows up. It's magical.

It's a great service-I'd love to buy my cat food here too but the prices are not competitive for cat food. The dog food is only a bit over the price of a store but the cat products are really way over-priced. It would be great if Petflow expanded their products too-right now I'm buying other things that I need from KV Pet but would love to have one source for everything.

Petflow has wonderful prices and who doesn't want a 14lbs box of milkbones shipped to their house? Searching for treats and toys was a little cumbersome. I had to reload the page a couple of times because it would not reset my old search. In the end I went with the trusty milkbones because I was a little frustrated with my search. I wish that petflow would give a break on their shipping prices, I understand that the company thrives on bulk orders but if they could give a break on shipping to people who have small orders I'm sure I would shop more here. Their prices are a little better than the big chain pet supply stores but I don't think I would be buying bulk dog food.

I have several pets to feed. Petflow makes buying their food really easy. I have to travel a bit to buy pet food locally because the good brands aren't available close to where I live. Since I started using Petflow, I don't have to think about it. I give it 4 stars because I would like the option to choose shipment by days instead of weeks (like every 24 days) So I end up with too much food on the schedule I chose. But I can choose to skip a shipment and the order changing process is easy. The other thing that is a negative is that often times the cans I order come dented. I don't know if they leave the warehouse that way or if Fed Ex is responsible. The prices are pretty good but with free shipping, it is worth ordering from them.

Ordering from Petflow is quick and easy. The selection of food is great and the prices are good. Shipping most of the time is fast but around holidays it can slow down.

Twice I have ordered the small cans and received the large cans of EVO Cat food. I also ordered two types of can food and only received one. The price of the food is about 10 cents a can less then my local store.

We are very satisfied with your service. But, I would like to be able to go on line and re-order my same order or create a new one easily. I can't pull up old orders. We are satisfied getting delivery. Our Fed-Ex guy is terrific about putting the heavy boxes in the storage area. Thanks for asking
