The website is easy to use & my cat loves the food. I like that it is an automatic plan so I do not have to remember to re-order. The only issue I've had is with trying to change the shipping but not the billing address. They still sent it to the billing address. Other than that, they are great!

Petflow used to have the lowest pricing for the food I feed my dogs. They no longer have the lowest pricing now. If they did, my rating would be five stars. Four stars for ease of ordering, good selection of products, and flexibility of both scheduling and creating multiple recurring orders though.

I am partially handicapped and lifting large litter containers and cases of food into and out of the shopping cart and then the car produces a lot of pain. It is something I dread doing every month. This service eliminates that and the $4.95 shipping really helps. The base prices are sometimes quite a bit above prices at the stores, but I have to factor in the convenience and the painless delivery of the mechandise into my decision to use Petflow. As long as I can afford it, I will use Petflow. The only problem is you do not carry some of my cat's favorite. Also, have you considered offering companion parrot food as well?

This service is convenient because it saves us from having to run to the Pet Store when we run out of food. We don't buy pet food that is available at the grocery store we shop at so an extra trip to the pet store was always in order. This saves us from that.

Love this service most of the time. What I think needs tweaking is when I need to update my order - you can edit okay but the changes aren't always reflected in what you see immediately afterwards online for the upcoming shipment. There seems to be a disconnect at times in the software. Would get my 5 stars for sure otherwise - great variety of healthy choices for products - and shipments always arrive promptly. Appreciate the chat service but wish I could reach a live customer service rep longer hours.
