Great prices and fast, free delivery can't be beat. Only complaint is that a scheduled delivery was edited days before shipment notification, yet the shipment contained the old contents as if the update didn't happen. I'm assuming this was because my edit was too late but there was no indication on the website that the changes wouldn't take effect on the next delivery.

I have had several deliveries from, PetFlow. The price is great for the food and free delivery works for me. The two things I don't like is that when you pick the week of your delivery...the date is for a Friday which means your delivery won't go out till the next week...so just make sure you realize that when deciding when you want your product shipped so you don't run out of food. The second is that I had once left a message with questions regarding delivery...call was never returned.

I am always happy shopping at Petflow. Their prices are ridiculously low, the auto-shipments are easy to set up and easy to adjust, and I always get everything I'm supposed to. My only "complaint" is that I would like to be able to name my own orders (instead of having generic "order #1, order #2" type names.

Wish PetFlow would have contacted me when they ran out of the brand I ordered. It resulted in a late shipment, and I ran out of dog food.

I love being able to order my animals food and toys, etc. online and have a scheduled delivery so that I dont forget to re order when the time comes. I think my ONLY negative would be that they need more Dog Toys for Extra Large Dogs.... (^_^)

Very good delivery set up with a week in advance notice to adjust your order. Excellent customer service. My only suggestion is that they don't pack everything in one box. We order four 15 lb bags of food and they come in one box which is quite heavy for me to lift.

I have been using Petflow for a while now and found them to be a very reliable company. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because their website is a little confusing to navigate when you want to change your scheduled shipment. However, customer service quickly remedied the confusion, gave step by step directions to make a change and also suggested that if I ever had a problem again, to contact them.
