I am on autoship for our cat food, I don’t understand why my shipment was a week late. Very inconvenient as I had to get food at the store to bridge the gap. I would think customers on autoship would be priority to ensure on time deliveries.

Delayed shipping for the second time. Difficult to make food last as long as it takes to get order. Always reasons for several day delay but doesn’t help expectation Of on time order

The delays have gotten so bad I no longer trust Pet Flow to follow a schedule. I used to be able to place my order and it would arrive within 2 days. The service has been getting progressively worse. My recent order wasn’t even shipped within 2days of ordering and isn’t expected to arrive for more than a week. I had to buy food locally to avoid running out.
