Delivery was fast! There was a tiny issue with them not being able to find my house, but that was understandable because I live in the middle of no where! But everything came on time and for the most part went smoothly. I look forward to continued service with PetFlow.

I found it easy to place my order over the phone with an operator who was very helpful and informative with my order of a prescription diet for my cat and was promptly delivered soon after the order was placed.Looks like I may be ordering from PetFlow again..

I saw a special posted on fb. Had to come back to facebook to ask them how to make it work since my discount wasn't showing. Once they told me what to do, it worked like a charm. Good selection, speedy delivery, happy dog!

The prices on PetFlow.com are reasonable, and the convenience can't be beat! But I need to be contacted before the order is sent to see if I want to modify the order. For instance, sometimes I want to add treats to it and sometimes I need to delay it.

Products and pricing are great. However I do have one question... why isn't the order size repeatable. The first time I ordered I had at least 3-bag weights to choose from. The last time I ordered I had only once, which was not the size I desired. I expect the order size choice to be flexible, repeatable and easily selectable.

We have two cats, Kitty Rou' and Mrrphh, that eat food. Mrrphh's diet is special, Kitty Rou's is particular. I was delighted to find both available on PetFlow. Then I started getting it delivered for the same price as the grocery/pet store AND I can get occasional treats/toys to boot. I'm in love. The only difference between this way and that way is that with PetFlow we don't have to go to the store and lug/schlep/yard two cases of catfood and a bag of litter home. Besides, it's fun getting big boxes from FedEx. However I give it four stars instead five because I still cannot guess when they are going to take money from my account and that's a major negative. Why in the world can't you just take the money every 15th for delivery on the 30th, or something?

Twice now, the bag of cat food was ripped & food was spilled in the box. Otherwise, everything's been purrfect!
