I received the item I ordered and it came quickly. I requested delivery every 5 weeks starting in one week so I think the first shipment came too soon. I will have to adjust.

Automatic delivery saves that "oh no...I forgot to pick up the cat/dog food" Very helpful and the prices are reasonable.

I've been using Petflow for almost a year now, and it continues to be a convenient and reasonable solution to my pet food needs. I just wish they could react more quickly to reschedule requests, because sometimes I run out of food and need more quick!

I really like using Petflow.com to order food. They deliver quick and easy. They are a little more expensive than the store I go to and the only way to get free shipping was to sign up for automatic delivery. Food came as expected and in great shape. Would recommend this site to anyone who needs a lot of food delivered or for someone who doesn't have the high quality foods readily available in their area.

love petflow except i got the service knowing about the free shipping! It never got applied till i called and told them i had not been getting free shipping for like 6 months.Other then that love the service!

We really like having the food shipped to us on a schedule that we set. Customer service is amazingly friendly and helpful. They respond very quickly.
