i love this service. it only takes about two days to receive the items and i love not having to go to the pet store. the only reason i gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it doesn't have a full selection of varieties and sizes (yet, hopefully)

One problem with my order that was quickly and easily solved. Very satisfied with the customer service.

Received the bag of food right away, still waiting on the canned food. Will this always come in different shipments? Will it show on my credit card as different transactions?

So far, we've received about 4 shipments of canned pet food from PetFlow, and while their service and shipping has been rapid and decently priced, about 20 percent of the cans are dented. (Once, a couple of cans were dented badly enough that the lid actually was pried open!) So, they need to improve their packaging. Otherwise, their search engine on their web site doesn't work very well sometimes. I've tried to search for specialty items, such as "lysine treats" for cats, and inevitably I get hundreds of unrelated items. Not very useful. With that said, though, PetFlow is still cheaper than the local pet stores like PetCo and PetsMart, and it's nice to buy from a place that doesn't sell any animals.

I ordered several bags of litter which came quickly. Although one ripped open and spilled during shipment, Petflow immediately sent replacement. Excellent customer service and good pricing!

I find that PetFlow has an excellent variety of pet foods. Between a busy schedule and lugging cans of pet food all over town on public transit, the convenience of having it delivered to my apartment is invaluable. With shipping, their prices end up comparable to in stores, changing or rescheduling my deliveries is easy, and for me that leaves no reason not to order from them.

Have to buy the dog special food that is only availabe from the Vet... but was able to get it here with the special promotion code and no sales tax saved me about $20..Did not require proof or script follow up from my Vet. Would think that should be required . Box was very heavy.. tape on the bottom was splitting on the sides... At any time the bottom could have fallen out... so you may want to invest in stonger tape on heavier boxes! This was 6 months worth of food for an 11 pound dog...so will reorder again in the fall! .thanks!
