The website was easy and the products were affordable. My order arrived on-time. Most of the cans of cat food were in perfect condition, but two cans were severely dented to the point that I did not feel comfortable serving the contents to my cat. At a few bucks per can, this is unfortunate.

I like the fact that I don't have to make so many trips to pet store and can schedule deliveries fairly easily. The only thing I think they could improve on is the ease of editing orders. The website could be a little easier to cipher in respects to this function. However, overall very happy!

I order Chewy and Stella from Pet Flow and it is shipped once a month without any issues or problems. It is very easy and convenient.

like the fact that the food comes without asking. Price is right, however every delivery has dented cans, could do a better job protecting the package,

Everthing has worked fine so far. The only difficulty is trying to guage a standard delivery cycle that doesn't result in either over-stock or out-of-stock.

I am very happy with the auto delivery option and it makes my shopping that much easier. Unfortunately the shipping option opted to my billing address which meant that my 30lb bag of dog food went to my PO box....not so easy. I have since fixed it on my account but would advise people to double check before you send your order. I look forward to erasing 'get dog food & treats' from my to do list every month! Thanks!
