Bag of dog food ripped on arrival. Terrible packaging! I will be disputing the charge if a full refund isn’t offered. Usage for my dog and the heavy ripped bag of food must be discarded for safety.

Orders are continuously late, despite offering 1-3 day shipping (it usually takes 3 days just for order to be processed and ship out from the warehouse)mCustomer service was supposed to ship out an overnight replacement order for food that was about to run out and the replacement is still not here (it's scheduled to arrive a full 10 days after the "overnight" order). This has now happened 3 times in a row and I won't be ordering from Petflow again.

Ordered dog food and 5 days later no shipment no contact. Have to call to cancel order and delete your payment method. Pretty much a fake joke site.

Always a problem.

Shipped from Nevada to Ohio then back to California. It took 10 days to get the food
