I got it - finally! It seems to take longer now. And I realize this time it had to come to Santa Barbara instead of Park City. But it used to come from Las Vegas and get to our place in line 2 days. Now is it coming from Pennsylvania? It took about a week! Sally

Good communication on upcoming authorship, but price finally went up and got charged shipping since I was 26 cents under the minimum, so I ended up canceling… but was always reliable and easy to navigate the website to see and change the autoship process.

My shipment t was supposed to be redirected to my new address and it was not. I was charged for items that I did not receive, I was emailed stating that it would be shipped to my new address in Wyoming, and it was delivered to Nee Mexico. PetFlow credited my account and I am satisfied with how they resolved the issue. I look forward to continuing my relationship with the company.

Love how easy it is to use petflow. Arrival of product from time of order is a little slow, so 4 stars. Still highly recommend. Just plan to wait a week for delivery.
