I just found this review attributed to me. I never wrote any of this: Fast, free delivery means I can get my 45 lb dog food to my front door without having to lug it around town. My dogs love the Dr Tim's Dog food and it is priced the same as inferior dog foods at Pet Supermarkets. I'll be back for sure

I don't like to use PetFlow, because 9 times out of 10 they ship FEDEX, and most of the time FEDEX sends it to the post office and that always delays my order by a week. If they sent UpS or FEDEX direct I might go back to them.

I purchased a bag of food from Petflow. It took about a week to arrive. The day after I received the bag, it was announced that the food was part of a recall. I found out due to seeing crossposted articles on Facebook. Petflow has my name, address, phone number, email address, and a record of what I purchase. I still haven't heard anything from them. I've gotten a couple of emails enticing me to buy or asking about recent purchases, but no mention of the recall. Very disappointing.

I received a "hot e-mail" for a special deal of using a coupon for an order worth $6. When I tried to use it I was told it only was good for autoship. Sure enough lost in the small print was the statement for autoship customers. I think you hid it on purpose. Then when I asked my shipment be sent "NEXT WEEK" I got a notice the next AM it was shipped already despite my request.

I don't get it! My first shipment was a nightmare because I didn't receive everything I ordered and no one communicated to me that the dog food was on back order. On my second order I finally got the dog food but inbetween the first & second order i had to go to the pet store to buy food. No convenience there! My third order just came a few days ago and once again no dog food nor explanation. I have 2 large blk labs and need the food. I had to give them cat food because I just figured the order would include the dog food. So tomorrow I have to go to the pet store and buy the 45 lb bag of food that I didn't get in my order. Very annoyed and confused!! Where is the convenience?

I received expired food -- expired nearly 3 months ago and the bag was all stuck.

I bought my cat hypoallergenic canned cat food since the vet says he has irritable bowel syndrome and has lost more than 50% of his weight. So we are desperate and I thought we would try this food at more than $2 a can. Website good. Arrived quickly. Box in perfect shape and packed with air bubbles. Yet 2 cans were dented and leaked food over some more cans. Must have left company in bad shape. Where is your quality control? I was hoping to form a long term relationship and never have to shop for bulky cat items again. I am a working mom with 3 small kids and 2 cats and have trouble fitting cat stuff in my cart and be able to push the weight. Very disappointed. :(

Science Diet "Mature" was substituted for Diet. My cat has almost no teeth and can't manage this food, so it's just money down the drain.
