I cancelled the service after my first shipment because it did not contain the product pictured and the kitty litter had a hole in it and made a mess of the entrance way and stairs of my condo building. I sent an email to customer service one week ago and have not received any response.

I purchased 1 bag of dog food from pet flow. they were horrible about customer service from the get go, but the dagar in the heart was when i received my shipment. They sent me TWO MONTH EXPIRED dog food. It's may, the bag expired in March. :\

This was a giant waste of time and money. I purchased a $30 Groupon to buy Nutra Dog good. This place charges $10 more than the local big box pet co. Plus they refuse to honor free freigh even after contacting customer service which was almost nonexistent with a canned response.

I was told the product was coming from Arizona and would take three days. After six days I called and was told it had shipped from New Jersey. It took nine days to get the pet food. If I had been given the truth initially I would not have been so pissed and planned for that.

If I had known the salmon treats were made in China, I would not have ordered them. After all the problems with foood (human-grade and animal/pet) that have come out of China, I wll never feed anything from there to any human or animal. I searched the description and the website and nowhere did it state that the product was made in China. However, when I received te treats, there it was: Made in CHINA! Please clearly label ALL products as to their origin, so that we can feel good about buying products Made in America from you!

You provide an excellent way to ship dog food to my home. But I was horrified that the trusted website "www.dogfoodadvisor" is now listing about 40 RECALLS of different brands of dog and cat food, mainly surrounding the presence of salmonella in a South Carolina Diamond dog food plant. (Other brands were also manufactured in that one facility.) I understand you could say your business is to ship food, but could you somehow agree with dogfoodadvisor to at least add a warning box at the top of your website, when the recalls total so many, that owners need to check. Animals are dying!

You usually let me know that it's time to ship my regular order of litter. This time you just told me it was shipped. Well I didn't need it. My kitty had a stroke and had to be put down and now I have a ton of cat litter I don't need. I'm disgusted.

I bought a bag of Now Fresh Dry Dog Food. It took more than 10 days to arrive to my address, NYC. I was very surprised to see the bag. A lot of markings !! I cannot see the expiration date because of one of the markings using a magic marker. I called the customer service and told one of the representatives. He said that the markings are from the manufacturer ! When I buy a bag from the local stores, I have never seen any markings on the products so I said it might be done by your logistics. But he said just " No" Anyway, I do not feel safe to give the food to my dog. I don't buy from PetFlow any more.
