I ordered once from you. Then you sent an email saying you were going to send the order again. I did not request you to do this. I changed the order, you sent it, good and then sent it again, bad. All in one week or so. Why?????

One of my dogs has been put on a special diet and is not carried by the Vet who put her on it. I called the company Royal Canin and they advised PetFlow carried it. I ordered thru them and got back an e-mail saying they needed a script from the Vet and before I could get that I got a second e-mail saying my order was shipped. I ordered separate food for my other dog and cat since it was so convient or so I thought. I got my second shipment without any invoices or anything but the company said that was the way they did it. OK. I realized I was shipping to soon so went online to change the ship dates and found that they no longer carried the prescription food from Royal Canin. I didn't get an e-mail to let me know, I guess I would have found out with the next shipment for the other 2 animals who's food I can get in a store locally. This is very poor customer service. I was depending on this company for the food my dog needed.

It took about a week to get my order. Because of this I ran out of food and had to go pay full price at my local prt store anyway. Now I have paid a lot and have a lot of food. Dumb.

I have an autopilot order that I never recall agreeing to, possible a byproduct of some free offer or a groupon. Well, they are charging me the same amount but I have found the package has been reduced to a 2.2 lb bag vs the 5.5# Origen Sr.that I always got from way back when this all got started on auto ship. I did not notice till this month when funds are tight now - my order number is 119411 and there is NO phone number on the bill nor on my card receipt - I've initiated a c/b already with my card issuer - shame on Petflow for not having a contact number - I know you have excellent customer service - now if I can only reach someone vs. researching it to death via google which is only in the evenings when I finally get on my pc not when I get the package with the wrong stuff!!

I got an order of cat food and litter delivered with the cat litter opening in transit. Totally went everywhere when I opened it. I called to let them know and they could of cared less.

Made the mistake of purchasing a groupon deal for this website before checking out their prices. The bag of dog food I purchase for my dogs was $15 more than the same bag at Walmart plus shipping of $4.95 so almost $20 more on this site. Utterly ridiculous. It's not convenient enough for me to "have it shipped right to my door" to spend an additional $20 per bag! Even with the groupon deal I had, I still ended up spending more than I would at Walmart. Never again will I shop at this site.

I was setup on automatic delivery every 2 weeks so after about 2 months price went up for 1 delivery then goes back down to regular. So I called CSR they mentioned that the prices do go up and down???? So I canceled any future deliveries.
