I received notification of my order being shipped 12 days ago. I know that I only paid $4.95 shipping charges, but I have received packages quicker with FREE shipping. This seems very excessive to have two t-shirts delivered. I doubt I will purchase from this site again. I do a great deal of online shopping so I know this time is EXCESSIVE!

Received my Wolf king dog food, large bag and the airtight seal was broken and it already smeals rancid. Don't think I will order again.

It took three attempts to get the order right: 1.). The order was sent to the wrong address they sent it to the bill to - not the shipping address 2.) when part of the order was not available, they cancelled it. They did not ask if I wanted to add or substitute anything; in fact, I was not even notified. I caught it myself 3.). Now the order is sent in two parts - the first to arrive was incomplete and I have not been able to get any response at all I am a pretty reasonable person and would not write something unless it were truly horrible as this was. I hope they do better with other orders.

The delivery was slow, and they just stuffed the product in my mailbox which did not allow me to reject the delivery because I had already bought something else. I got a ketoconazole/chlorohexidine shampoo- the product was poor quality, it was weak and watery and a waste of money.

Ordered coffe mugs--werent securely packaged--cups all in a million pieces. Will call Monday to demand REFUND!

I ordered three mugs. When they packed them they just put the three mugs in a box wrapping them together. All I received was three broken mugs. They should have packed them better.
