I realize Petflow relies on a third party to deliver the products, but sometimes it takes well over a week to receive the ordered item....I DO like the choices they offer, especially since my one feline furball can only eat grain-free food....

For the most part the service is great. The difficult part is accurately setting up the shipping dates before food runs low. I really like the email notifications prior to shipping so that I can change my order if needed, however, I did not receive an email and the food arrive unannounced at my door a few days later than expected. My dogs especially love the moose knuckles and camel toes. The service is great, i would like to suggest stocking more treats like beggin strips and pup peroni' treats.

I spoke with a customer service representative concerning the shipment of the dry and wet dog food. In the beginning of the monthly service plan, the dry food and the wet food were shipped in separate boxes. In the last three shipments, the wet food (canned) and the dry food were shipped in the same container. After receiving the first combined shipment, I contacted the customer service to explain that in doing so, the heavier canned items would make minced meal of the dry food and that I would prefer separate containers. The representative assured me that the future shipments would honor my wishes. Clearly they have not lived up to their promise.

I didn't know that FedEx ground was my only option and when the box got here, it was falling apart. I had to empty the box at my doorstep. Whomever packed it needed to do a much better job.

I think it's too expensive for what it is. Doubt I will reorder, but continue my search for the healthiest dry and wet dog food out there, at a reasonable price. My dogs do like it, but they like pretty much anything. I want a food with no 'meal' in it, for one thing.

My first order with Pet Flow went off without a hitch. However, the 2nd order did not. AFTER part of the scheduled order shipped I was informed by email my dog food selection was NOT in stock. This was a huge inconvenience since I was due to run out of food. I called & a new order was made but it was on MY part. PetFlow should have emailed me earlier to suggest I make other plans since my order was not in stock-thus saving me a headache. Also-I was charged shipping since original order value did not apply. Not sure I will reorder in future.

Reasonable prices. Most recent - Shipped revised order and debited account a week early. Slow response to communication regarding issue with generalized statement - no solution or concern for my problem. Previous - Excellent communication and follow-up with suggestions to assist me in making purchase. Very good selection of specialty & prescription products - not found elsewhere.

What happened? I changed my shipping address so my order would come to my winter home in AZ. Got a call from my neighbor back home in WI today---there are 2 cases of Evangers rabbit dogfood sitting on my steps in Wisconsin. You only missed it by 1800 miles.
