Your recent heavy price increase has made it more economical for me to buy from my local PetSmart or Petco store; ao I won't likely be ordering from you again until, and unless, you return to your prior pricing structure. Auf wiedersehn.

My sister and I each have large dogs. We have been purchasing the Royal Canin PV Veterinary Formula in the 25-lb. bag from PetFlow exclusively for several months. The price was $75.00 (which was already MORE THAN DOUBLE) what other dog foods cost. You recently raised the price to $85.00. By doing that (especially in this economy,) you are taking the pleasure out of dog ownership, and you are also causing your customers to avoid dog ownership in the future because it is no longer affordable.

I've only had 3 shipments so far and out of those 3 one of them was the wrong bag of dog food. The price is a little more expensive then going to the store and sometimes i have to go anyway for a small bag because the delivery takes a few days longer than expected.

I found the price quite nice, even with shipping it was below what I usually pay for a limited ingredient dog food. I was impressed that it was shipped in a timely manner. Second time around the price had increased and I am still waiting for my delivery 7 days after order. NOT HAPPY and neither are my pets.

Hi, I am disappointed in the recent two orders I have received from you. Last month I received a case of cat food that was bad. I let you know about it and soon I received another case of the same food. It was all good. Yesterday I received a new shipment and one case was missing and the dry food bag is out dated. I am confused as to what is going on here. Since I don't receive a packing invoice, I don't know what I am being charged until I receive my credit card statement. If this isn't made right, I will have no other choice but to discontinue the automatic shipments.

There were some problems with receiving the correct product. In my case the product name and packaging were almost identical. I sent an email to let them know and now have gotten the correct product twice now.

Once i figured out how to use your website I have been very happy with the admininstrative as well as the service. However, Just last week there was an error and I used the chat function - the rep said he would recredit my card for the amount charged in error. This, however has not occurred.
