Both 33lb. bags of By Nature Adult Formula dog food arrived damaged. One bag was partially open and spilled, the other's outer bag was torn. This is the first time that there has been any damage in the packaging. The box both were shipped in was fine...

I've had trouble removing and/or adding to my monthly order. It should automatically add new item to monthly order not as a separate order. Also requested free shipping in the beginning and never got credit. Only in past month's order free shipping was applied. Product selection is good. Need more focus on holistic dog and cat food and treats especially now that chicken treats from China are causing illness and death. Stick with products from USA as much as possible.

havent had time to see how competitive the pricing is but the delivery is convenient

We are impressed and disappointed. Our first order of 4 cases of dog food came and we realized that we had ordered the wrong type. Same company - similar color can - I was not reading as carefully as I should have. My fault. I used the phone number to call. there was an immediate answer. I explained we had ordered the wrong food and wanted to know how to send it back. the lovely person (I can get her name if you want) said that we need not send the food back. they would send out another shipment and we could donate the other food somewhere. If we sent in the part of the label with the scanned code from each can, they would send us a refund. This was impressive and very much in line with selling, not just a product, but a customer. We received the four new cases. I looked at one to make sure it was the correct kind. It was. At least the one I looked at was. When I unpacked the whole thing, I saw that there was one correct case and three cases of a different food - a type (same brand) I had never heard of before and about which I could find no information on the Internet. That was disappointing. Rather than call the number for Petflow - it was late - I did the "Contact us through email." That was last week some time. I have yet to see any response. This is very disappointing. I am going to call now and try to make things right. I would like to keep this service - they just have to be more careful and more responsive.

it is easy and helpful when I can not able to get to the store

In one order, I ordered one 30lb bag of dry dog food & a case of canned meat dog food. The case of cans was delivered with 2 cans that were open and spilled. I love the concept of having the food delivered directly to the house but wish the orders would ship the same day they're placed, especially if the order was placed early in the morning. As it is, I got into this program to assist me with getting the food to the house. When it begins taking one extra day to arrive, I have to buy dog food at the store to feed my 6 dogs until my order arrives. If I can't depend on the food to arrive by a specific date, then it eliminates the reason why I used the program in the first place, which also costs me more money having to buy extra dog food at a local store and an unplanned trip to the store until the order arrives.

A little more expensive than in stores, plus the shipping makes it almost too much for the service. Had a $10 off coupon which is the reason I decided to buy from petflow.com. Probably would not purchase again without coupon. On the plus side, website was very convenient, easy to use, and shipping was fast.

I purchase 2 different pet foods and for the last 2 deliveries they have been out of stock for one of them. I have had to go to a Vet office to buy it. If it is still out of stock by my next scheduled delivery I will terminate my service. The reason I signed up was the convenience of having it delivered to my home.
