only a few items were delivered, but petflow didn't even communicate why, we had to contact them to know it was not delivered due to address issues, which was weird as we did get the other items. We requested to deliver the missing items and to add the original discount, but they didn't comply. plus it says that the second order was delivered and we never got it, they suck

Ordered 4 bags of cat food and everything came in one box without any brown paper inside ( wrapping paper? ) When the FedEx delivered the box, the tape was teared ( I guess the weight ) top was open and all the bag was out from the box. I am not happy the way they ship items. I use PETSMART, CHEWY and PETCO but never ever had problems. They take very good care of the items that I order.

My order was canceled after a week of waiting due to incorrect stock levels. Ended up just ordering on Chewy.

Credit card kept declining even though the card was fine. Tried 3 different times on the phone and online. Tried with another account my girlfriend set up and the same thing happened. Will just order on Amazon

Had a coupon to use for a PetFlow, for 35% off. When I went to use it, they maxed it out at $35 even though the coupon stated 35% off and said NOTHING about a limit. So I had another coupon that was for my birthday for 25% off they said I could use that. Then when they charged my card they maxed that one at $50 off, instead of the $75 like it should’ve been. I was going through customer service, and she never mentioned a limit. I have been a long time customer and will not be returning. They are shady.

I ordered 10 bags of dog treats they said they only had 2 in stock and when I got that order it only was 1 bag. Then I was told the other 9 bags that were on backorder would be canceled after 2 weeks! What's up with that??? It should be up to the customer if they don't mind waiting!!!
