I received an extra collar instead of a leash. Your customer service chat was a tremendous help. My girl KURLI STEVEADORABLE is a rescue with a horrific back story. She moved in with us on July 16th, two days after we had to say goodbye to our precious little prince TEDDY. She had a lot of weight to gain,, so I had to wait to get her the correct size in girly accessories. The pieces I received are lovely. I will be ordering more next week.

Thank you so much for sharing this! We're so sorry about the mix-up with your order, and we're really glad our customer service team was able to help make it right. Kurli Steveadorable sounds like an absolute sweetheart, and what a beautiful thing you did by welcoming her into your home. We're honored to be a small part of her new chapter. We can't wait to have you shop with us again! 🐾
