I sent for the bargain priced Lickety Licks dog product and it is terrible. It smells awful, plus why would I want my dog getting used to licking something out of my hand? I can see why it's being advertised at a bargain price. Discontinue it.

The first time I ordered from Petflow everything was fine and I received my order within just a few days. It has been over a week since I placed my current order and I hope to get it today or tomorrow which too long for me. It is a good thing that this order was just for some treats because I would have been out of food by now. I looked at the tracking number and it seems like my order was originally shipped by FedEx but then taken to the post office by FedEx once the order reached my State. That just seems odd, so I'll be interested to see who actually delivers my package. Having to wait over a week to receive my order is longer than I like and I think that I'll go back to using some of the other dog food delivery companies out there.

I get my pet food drop shipped every 7 weeks. I was very disappointed with Petflow when I found they had increased the price and did not let me know. Since they automatically withdraw from my checking acct I was very disturbed. Upon looking online I found that they were charging me more than the online price. When I called and spoke to someone she let me know that this was common practice for them to do this without contacting the customer. I think this is bad PR. I am currently researching to find another supplier for my dog food.

I found the prices to be very competitive but the expiration date is unacceptable. The bag of dog food expires in less than 30 days even though I specifically stated at check out that I wanted food with the LATEST expiration date. Is this second hand food?

It took PetFlow 9 days to get my order to me!!!! I live in Western PA and the order came fropm New Jersey. When I questioned I was told "It appears that this order shipped out via FedEx SmartPost because it weighed under 8-lbs. This means the USPS will be making final delivery, which can increase transit time, but I'm unsure as to why the difference is so drastic." Seriously I could have walked it faster. I will never order from them again!!! Do not recommend getting a small order. I will deal with local pet store

I ordered allot of toys for my toy dogs, and I received Huge Giant toys for Large dogs. I tried to contact you several different ways and could not. Now the huge toys are just sitting here and my dogs don't have their small toys. Frustrated !!
