Love the idea and Loved the lights, but my puppy is very active and likes to run (the reason for the lights). However, during is "energy spurts" the lights go out.... no blinking, NO LIGHTS! What goes with this? Great Idea, just that they obviously go out after being bounced around. If he gets lost he will obviously be distressed and the activity causes the lights to GO OUT!!!

I used to get my dog food through you guys but got sick of FedEx taking forever to deliver so I stopped. Occasionally I was still ordering one or 2 things that I didn't need right away but this last adventure I think truly will be my last. After placing my order I get a phone call because you people are 'confused' by my address because it has the physical address and a box # (needed for my billing address). UPS never has a problem with both of these and yes, even FedEx doesn't have a problem but you people felt the need to call because you found it confusing. With so many other sites out there that deliver dog food and pet supplies I am so very done.

I ordered the promo of Whole life freeze dried fresh chicken treats 3 at .99 cents each plus shipping. I received the dog treats instead of the ones that were for both dog and cats. It clearly says dog treats and nothing about being for both dogs and cats. When I spoke with the customer service rep she stated that the ones for the promo state on the package for dogs and cats so the wrong ones were sent. She also stated that they are sold out of the correct treats so I am unable to get any. She did say she would process a full refund. My first experience with pet flow isn't a very good one to say the least.

"Almost 3D" dog shirt is nowhere near. Just a regular t-shirt with a print of a dog on it. The picture on their web site was much bolder and closer to "3D" than the shirt actually is. Not worth $20, sorry.

Overcharged and when I gave them a chance to take care of it, they chose not to. I was surprised since they had a chance to have a lifelong customer. Not to mention, I had a long list of friends I had just started to share PetFlow with. Instead of giving me the customer service they could have, they just lost thousands of dollars. Strange choice on their part. Look to another company for your pet needs.

My order took a long time to arrive - nine days. That would have been okay but, when I contacted customer service via email about one of the items that I ordered and to initiate a change to my account, I did not get a response. They claim to be "customer service obsessed" but, that's a misnomer.

I ordered 3 bags of cat food. The Holistic Health Extension for cats and kittens was advertised as an 18 pound bag. I ordered 3 bags and I received 3 bags of 15 pounds dry cat food. The price for a 15 pound is unreasonable. I called and was told I would receive a refund. Well, that is a month ago and I am still waiting. So far, no refund. I will not order from you again.

Ordered three items. two showed up fairly quickly. Third item was not listed as back ordered by the company. I had to call company to find out what they did with the additional funds. To.d themI wanted the third shirt. They said shipping would be free since I already paid for shipping. WhenI checked my order on line for the third shirt it showed I was charged shipping. I emailed the company but have heard nothing from them.
