I tried to change my subscription on the website & could not, so I contacted customer service & asked them to remove the item from my monthly subscription. After claiming they had addressed my concern, I discovered, they had not. My order arrived, with the item I had asked to be removed AND THEY BILLED me. Something that should have taken 1 email to FIX, took a month & a half to straighten out with quite a bit of ATTITUDE from the "customer service" person & they NEVER offered to CREDIT my account for the UNWANTED item.

Been ordering from here for years and dog food gets to us within days, this time order took forever to get to us! Over a week.

You ask what you did wrong? You took away the discount for loyal customers that used autoship therefore I'll be looking elsewhere for the dry food I buy. If I have to I'll buy from you until I find one.

Really disappointed in the website update. Difficult to navigate. The update also affected my auto-ships - canceled one and ready to cancel the other.

Petflow did Not send me an email that Another shipment of food was coming, as I did not order it, and Petflow had already doubled my shipment before that, and I called in because I didn't order the last one that was sent (or even the previous one 6 week earlier), and, they did Not send me an email that a shipment was coming Again, AND they didn't send me an email the price of that food DOUBLED since the last shipment.... I'm disputing the increase of price with my credit card company, and provided them with all these details.

Well you are too difficult to get in touch with and I don’t want to deal with it anymore. I cancelled my account so don’t know why I am getting this.

Customer service has always been great, but the recent website changes and the fact that discounts were removed. You are no longer competitive. I'm afraid we are leaving after last order.
