I ordered food, and it never came. Then I called and they apologized saying it was out of stock. Then then gave me a $10 incentive to buy again, after they refunded my money. I bought again, and the food took a week to arrive. Not good.

I ordered 2 kinds of pet food. The order went through fine. In less than 12 hours I was notified that both pet foods are on back order with no estimate of when they would be available. This could have been mentioned during my order. I feel very deceived that all I did was provide my credit card number for no actual goods and no estimate of when I would receive them. I would not recommend pet flow and I will not be using them in the future.

I ordered from PetFlow.com because I had a coupon that offered free shipping on orders over $49. However, the coupon did not specify that the free shipping was only available if you sign up for autoship. Because this was not clearly disclosed, I will continue shopping at other websites where they do offer free shipping, without requiring you to sign up for autoship.

I am not one normally to complain but I was very disappointed with my purchase. Out of the 24 cans of prescribed cat food I purchased - 16 of the 24 cans were dented. The delivery box was in good shape so it can not be blamed on the deliverer.

Ordered a prescription cat food thinking it would be more convenient to get delivered than making regular trips to vet office but ordered 12,days ago and still no food delivered!! Because it is costly my vet office does not always keep in stock and now I am almost out and I still don't think it has shipped from Petflow!!so we may be out before I get more food delivered!! Hungry cats!!!

I placed an order and the site gave me an estimated delivery date. Three days after that estimated date and my order had still not arrived, I went to contact customer service, but could not find an online chat or even an email address to contact them. For a big online retailer, this is just poor service. I also could not find any way to track my order. It did finally arrive five days late, but I was left in the dark by Petflow. Poor service!

Ordered on July 3rd and was notified on the 14th that the order had shipped. Eleven days? It's due for delivery today, but I haven't received it yet. Hope this is not normal. Petco order to delivery time is about 3-4 days. Price was leading factor in chosing this vendor.

There was an issue with my card when I ordered food from them. Ok, I'll accept that on my end. But what I will not accept is that they made no attempt to tell me they canceled my order. So I waited several days, low on food for four cats, before I had to call them so they could tell me they canceled my order. Next time give someone a heads up instead of giving me an order confirmation. On top of this: trying to track anything on their site is a major pain in the neck due to the order just disappearing instead of showing up as "canceled" like other sites. On top of this: getting their customer support line requires jumping to a page with the LEAST ITEMS so it doesn't keep auto-populating the list so that you CAN click on the "contact" link, like they don't want you to find out what is going on or something.
