Upon placing my order, I received a confirmation that it was received and would be shipped out the next day. I was expecting it in Two days. After 5 days I checked and found out there was a credit card issue, yet I received no other notification. I cancelled my order and asked perflow to stop sending me emails. There are other companies that have a stronger customer service.

i was expecting a shipment since 10/17 but it was not received. checked the internet account and made call to customer service and was told it will be shipped 10/17. it is now 10/21 and no sign of dogfood and we had ran out. called customer service and finslly told inventory is out and maybe week of 10/24 but not sure. Scampered to source locally but could not find item in pet store! Poor Dexter our dog. we might have to make do with substitute and hope his allegies does not act up!

To be very frank I didn't have any issue with the order. The price was good the delivery quite fast. The problem started with your marketing tacktics. I've been receiving special offers email every single day ever since which makes the hardly "special". That simply ruined my brand experience and put me off from ordering from you again. Actually to the point of writing this review, which I don't usually do.

Items are priced higher then pets stores sell them for even after petflow discounts. So there is no savings.

I ordered incurring medication for my dog in anticipation of putting my dog in a kennel while on vacation. I ordered in advance to insure medication was available. Only after repeated phone inquiries was I informed the medication was on back order and would not be available for shipping. Not good, now I am stuck trying to get the needed medication at the last minute.)
