Great experience! You choose an outfit and background and submit a pet photo. They send you proofs for approval and work with you to get the best picture. I loved the final product and they were wonderful to work with!

Working with Pet Creatives has been one of the best experiences I have had in quite some time. Everyone I have dealt with (particularly, Maria, Yvonne, and Hughbert) has been extremely helpful, courteous, and prompt in their responses. The art staff that has worked and reworked my pet's portraits have been terrific in executing the revisions that I asked for. Even in the most recent order they recognized that the costume on the baby keeshond needed to be switched and downsized and, that is the one I went with. The turnaround time and the quality is fantastic. I did not realize they would come as fast as they did. When I opened the very first box it took my breathe away. I know this will be the best Christmas gift this year.
