It was hard to change the shipping and …
It was hard to change the shipping and billing address while I was checking out. I had to redo my whole cart to get it how I wanted it to be. Other than that it was great.

Love the company
Love the company. The fall sale prices were great. Did however get bad info when I called with a question about shipping. All resolved when I actually bought the items I wanted!

difficulty with making sure shipping …
difficulty with making sure shipping address was different than billing address. Not clear at all. I had to correct it 3 times. Your call center should be open than 530p Eastern time.

web site was slow. home page a little busy; hard to find individual deals; would be nice to see picture of actual band, but overall, easy to navigate.

Shipping costs excessive, but excellent product and well priced.
Shipping costs excessive - $10 to ship a 12 lb item. I did receive the product quickly (excellent quality) and I also received good follow-up communications from PB.
