Great service and products! I would have given Perform Better a five-star rating had the website, especially the online catalog, been simpler to navigate.

There was this insistence that even though I qualified for free UPS ground shipping, it kept auto filling to UPS ground for 24 dollars.l Instead of that being the case, if the customer qualifies for free shipping don't let them unwittingly pay for shipping. It's like you are purposefully trying to have people pay for shipping when you're allowing free shipping as the incentive. Fix it.

Before receiving. Good experience. puzzled by free shipping that cost $11:00 Looking forward to the arrival of the kettle bells.

Each time I tried to go back to view additional product I had to re enter my address - nothing saved. Website should be upgraded for easier navigation.

Wish I could have better understood estimated shipping even with UPS ground

Shopping was a bit confusing given that wh n you add to the cart, there is more that one button to get back to shopping. Otherwise, purchase and registration was easy.
