Ordered medicine balls and stand, when I received them the balls don't fit the stand. It says nowhere on the online ordering about this, what a waste of time. So now I have order the correct medicine balls for the stand. But have to send back the other medicine balls and I am have to pay for shipping it back to them, this is wrong. Change your website.

Over priced, and shipping is over the top. Some products are worth the price but not all.

Hello Rob! I appreciate the feedback and do apologize for the shipping charges. The UPS fees are determined by weight and distance traveled. We continue to work with UPS on lowering these charges. As far as the product prices, we try to stay competitive with other companies. If you do find the same product elsewhere that is less expensive we will definitely price match that. Anyway, if you have any other questions, my contact information is listed below. Thanks, Nick Stebenne Website Management 1.800.556.7464 x 140 [email protected]

Your website keep telling me that my email is invalid!!!!! I 've had this email for over 20 years now!! Also I use to have a password and access to your system to purchase on line, but I guess if a customer doesn't purchase from your site every month, they eventually get dropped from your system!! I find the aforementioned issue are annoying & time consuming.

Hello Terrance, I do apologize about the issue you had while logging in. We did launch a new, faster, and more advanced website in late January. With the launch, we were unable to bring over preexisting credentials. I'm not sure if you were trying to use your old login information, but the new system requires you create a new account. You are welcome to use the same login information as before when setting this up. Please let me know of any issues. My contact information is listed below. As always, we thank you for your business! Shipping cost on a few exercise bands was highway robbery.

you should find a way to give customers in alaska and hawaii, shipping when they order rather than an email post order changing the charges.
Response from Perform Better· Aug 23, 2018
Hello Christine, Thank you for your feedback, and I can certainly bring this suggestion to our Web Manager. Due to the nature of the products we sell (a lot of which are heavy and over-sized), and with some shipping services not being available to Alaska, leaving the shipping calculation up to a website can lead to inaccuracies. When shipping non-contiguous USA orders, we've found that having one of our specialists manually calculate the shipping helps to give the most accurate shipping costs for our customers. This is way we include that disclosure that we would contact our customers after we receive the order for shipping approval. I hope this helps to clarify. If you have any specific questions regarding this, please feel free to reach out to me, as my contact info is below. I was miss lead by "surcharge" for certain items and they offered a coupon for free shipping which was negated because I bought bumper plates. Furthermore, it was offered to me if I subscribed to their email list, which I did but that offer had expired. Basically, they wanted my info and made a promise that was an expired coupon. Customer service offered no support for an order that was almost 3k. I will not be shopping here for my gyms. I chose to go to Amazon to make my purchases and will use power systems for all other purchases.

Hi Eugene, Thank you for reaching out. I was able to look at your order, and I see you worked with our rep Erica through our Live Chat feature. As Erica had explained, we are currently running our Summer Sale on our Perform Better site, which I see you were able to take advantage of. Taking a look at your order, the Free Shipping promotion unfortunately wouldn't have applied since you were ordering heavy and oversized items that are excluded from our free shipping promotions (ie: the bumper plates, dumbbell racks, jam balls...). But again, you did receive the sale pricing on your order. I apologize for any confusion and I hope this helps to clarify. If you have any specific questions regarding this, please feel free to reach out to me, as my contact info is below. As always, we thank you for your business! I think your shipping charges are outrageous.
Response from Perform Better· Dec 5, 2017
Hello Shelley, Thank you for your feedback, and I can certainly look into this for you. Our goal is to provide our customers with fair and accurate shipping charges for their orders. Based on the ship to location and the weight of the package, the $9.95 shipping cost you were assessed is accurate. However, I will also follow up with you through email regarding this in more detail regarding this. Also, my contact info is listed below, if you would like to reach out to me directly. As always, we truly appreciate your business! Marissa Larobina M-F Athletic | Perform Better Customer Service Rep. 1-800-556-7464 ext. 120 [email protected]
