Love the quality and pricing of these pictures. My hubby told me that the quality of Pelipost’s pictures surpasses all of the other companies. Super convenient to track them as well!

I just want to say proudly that Pelipost is an great app to use when you want to send pictures to your loved ones that are incarcerated! It’s quite easy to sign up as well! They give you an nice layout of step by step information needed to guide you in the right direction and if you were confused and needed help on something that you are not too clear on their customer service is top notch! They are time efficient when you have any questions and make sure that you understand them well before sending you off to a good rest of your day! I like when the holidays come around because they have good deals and nice cards to help boost your loved ones day with not only your pictures but a thoughtful decor on the postcards and they get to them in a timely matter! The only thing i would like more from this app is promo codes but aye its still a great deal to me! If you’re not too good on sending pics through the mail all the hard work is done for you with a click of a button! Trust me it’s worth it!

What does it mean when my status says follow up

IHi, Susanna- If you have recently checked the status of your order and see it is in " Follow-up ", this means that one of our Order Advisors has reviewed order and they require action from you. Our Order Advisors will review orders for select facilities. In the event that there is any type issue with the order, the Order Advisor will move your order into " Follow-up ". You will also receive an E-mail from the Order Advisor reviewing the order (please check your spam / junk folders for the email), with information on the issue. I'm an older parent and I was so thankful to find the Pelipost App user friendly . Prices to send pictures was fair . Also happy they have nice cards to send to loved ones . Loved the fact you could send a message along with pictures .

My brother still hasn’t received his photos. The order date was 2-9-2023 and the status reads arrived. I had to leave a review since there is no listed contact information. Update: I realized that I did not change my brother’s institution after he was moved. My previous review was a result of my misunderstanding. Customer service was supportive, timely and very professional. I will continue to use Pelipost to send my brother photos.
