Re: the bicep compression sleeve— I wish my doctor or PT had recommended your products to me when I first tore my rotator cuff. I might have had a few good nights of sleep. When the bicep tendon tore, it was a friend who recommended this. Very helpful in calming down the muscle, and it just feels good too. So glad to know about your products. Will be recommending for sure.

I placed an order for a Hooga helmet and even though the product wasn’t quite right, the customer service team made it a pleasant experience. Cole was my point of contact and he answered preliminary questions about the product and helped shepherd the return from start to finish keeping me in the loop the entire time. This is a level of customer service that just doesn’t exist anymore. It was much appreciated and I will absolutely look to Peak Primal Wellness for any future needs. I highly recommend this company. What a delight!

Fantastic customer service. I ordered my Cold Plunge from them. The communication was great and they even checked in and after it arrived to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. These guys are awesome.

Working with this company was phenomenal. They had exceptional customer service! Cole was amazing and super helpful. I am pro boxer and ordered an extension for my rapid reboot system with boots not only did they send the hip extension quickly, but when it came turned out, I had the old module and so they offered to upgrade my module and the boots at no cost! And did a phenomenal job of following up to ensure it was done quickly incorrectly highly recommend working with this company

I ordered a Finnmark FD-3 from Peak Primal, and while there were some delays along the way, they were entirely outside Peak’s control. What stood out to me was how communicative they were throughout the process—they kept me updated every step of the way and never left me wondering where things stood. They were also quick to respond to any questions I had and even offered troubleshooting to make sure my setup was smooth and easy once everything arrived. I’m very pleased with their professionalism and would highly recommend Peak.

I couldn't be happier with my new sauna from Peak Primal Wellness! While the sauna itself is amazing, the real highlight of this purchase was the incredible customer service. The support team was fantastic, answering all my questions and making the entire process completely stress-free. It is rare to find a company that supports their customers so well after the sale. Five stars all the way!
