I have been with paw threefold 2/12 years. They quickly resolve problems. Changing reoccurring delivery. Few months ago I was almost out of food after my knee surgery did not realize I was on my last bag. When you call paw tree customer service they are always happy to help you.

After failed attempts at getting my senior cat the food he needed I heard about pawTree. Yes, the food is more expensive but the trade off is my cat food being consistently in stock & the ease of an automatic monthly order plus their customer service is great.

Personalization of the food bags is just simply the BEST: ) So many laughs! Lollie Monster loves her PAWTREE chicken and sweet potato more than any other. Although I believe she has grown out of her allergies, I keep buying PawTree because she loves it so much!
