Ordered 1/26. It’s 2/6 and still not received. Shipping was supposed to be expedited. We already have puppy… Pawtree is awfully expensive for unreliable service.

When I placed order it stated free shipping and I was charged shipping. I’ve been with PT over a year and never paid shipping as I am on auto ship

Paw Tree needs to send the food with FedEx and not UPS. I have a huge red metal sign on my front security door which says to take packages to side gate. UPS drops the box at the front door. I guess their drivers can't read. When you have shipped my food with FedEx, the box is placed, not dropped, on the table at the side gate. I have video. Don't use UPS!

Problem with non-food items in EZ ship process. Ended up with too many non-food items. Eliminating non-food items will require payment of shipping fee for next shipment. Speaking with your agents indicated the didn’t have authority to cancel shipping fee until I need salmon oil and treats. Disappointed in lack of flexibility. May have to go back to former food supplier of Hillside Poodles.
