I like the website but I wish there was a “reorder” button in our order history so we don’t have to keep going back thru the site to click and order each individual item. Sometimes the site takes a while to load so having to go through a find each item can be a bit of a hassle sometimes. A “reorder” button in our order history would be much more convenient!

An item was not packed in my order hence the 4 stars. But u immediately emailed customer service they got back to me and are sending out the missed item. That is five stars. Thank you.

The ordering process was easy, the shipping was fast and convenient. The only issue was that the treat bag was open at the top and the ziplock part was not sealed and the urine spray is on back order. Other than that, this is a great process. I like that we will be providing the healthiest food to our new furbaby.

I am impressed with the quality of the products. I was also surprised at how easy the order process was. Shipping was very quick and just shy of perfect... The flea and tick spray leaked just a little *BUT* was contained by the great job packaging in multiple layers so the leak was contained. In all, not much was lost so overall the experience was great! -- I want to mention that the package did see some very rough handling...

I wasn’t told when my order was going to ship, so when I called the customer service representatives was very nice and expedited my shipment. However, I wasn’t told that one of my items was backordered, which would’ve been helpful to know.

The food is great and all the products are amazing. My issue was with the ordering process. I had a hard time with the website on my phone and my laptop. Is was slow and took way to long to set up an account and get started and I was just trying to login from my phone to order some stuff and it will not log me in. I changed my password and still can’t get in. I do mostly everything on my phone and when I can get it done quickly it is frustrating. That is why only 4 stars.
