So far it's good. Of course, im still waiting for them to contact me and let me knw when a licensed vet has time to tell me what prescriptions my cats need, so we shall see.......

The vet who responded to my online appointment was very kind and suggested a plan I could follow to help my pup feel better but could not prescribe meds because Vermont is not on the list where they can. This was never explained to me when I signed up, so be careful and do your due diligence.

We are sorry for any confusion: our 24/7 teletriage is available nationwide, but prescriptions through visits have state limitations. I use pawp for free since I have Walmart plus. Overall okay program. 24/7 chat. May be a good idea to integrate AI into the chat.

We're sorry for the wait and any confusion! When you book an appointment, it's scheduled within a time slot rather than at the exact start time, which gives flexibility for both members and vets. OK. So this is the 3rd time I'm updating this review. All and all, pawp was good. The vets were great (I have 2 dogs). The prescription was a little difficult to figure out but they helped all along the way. I do appreciate the ease and the quick appointment. I'm a over thinker, so I got overwhelmed. I got everything I asked for and they actually gave me a credit for the confusion. I will be using them again. Thank you to the customer service team for figuring things out for me.

Having other animals as options for help like rabbits as well as other small common pets like guinea pigs and ferrets would make this the best app

Concern was addressed in a timely manner considering it is online. I would like to see a better way to know where to go for the emergency option. It was confusing since it was grayed out on the home page and I did not understand the Protect meant the Emergency part of the app.
