The product I ordered and worked with their team to get was top-notch. There were some hiccups in actually receiving the order by the estimated date. I would purchase from them again without any hesitation.

Process is very reliable and workman-like. Quality is decent for the price. Customer service not personalized but what you might expect. The patches are made in China.

I love the quality of the embroidery work on the patches. They really look fantastic. The only thing I would say that needs to be improved on is the time in which the patches are received. My particular order was a memorial patch for a friend of mine that died. I would have liked to have gotten them a little sooner. Other than that I'm completely satisfied with my experience.

Patches were exactly as proof. Shipping from China took a couple extra days, but still arrived before our event.

Great results. The patches were excellent. The cost seemed high but I only order a limited quantity (10). I will order more next time and since that have the proof and template for my woven patch design, it should not take as long. Communications on status is one area I think they can improve on. They did answer my inquiries when I called, but an email once a week on status would have helped. Other than that, great company to do business with.
