Every person in our organization is a current or former caregiver. Being passionate caregivers is critical to our ethos - remembering that we serve a fragile population (the aging and disabled) and their families - helping them arrive at better product solutions and expert application, better care, better aging - in their own home, or in the assisted living facility. Giving them hope, solving their problems, winning their business with every engagement. Delivering a world-class shopping experience and knowledge and insight and curated product solutions that cannot be replicated at the local chain pharmacy or Mega Mart or Online Marketplace. Our size and scale and approach ensure deep business relationships and true buying power with the best home health manufacturers and distributors in the business. We want long-term relationships with customers and have real caregivers answering the phones and ensuring every order and product is of great quality and value. We want to be the Sephora or Geek Squad of all things aging and caregiving related.

The size is ridiculously too big.

The product sizes are stated in the product descriptions. We encourage customers to order samples, prior to purchasing in quantity to ascertain the best size for their specific needs.

You ordered the incorrect product, and were advised that you could return them, and would be required to pay for the shipping.

The appropriate size was ordered. Leaked the first night. Very disappointing.
Response from Parentgiving· Dec 18, 2023
Did you order the most appropriate size? This is a top-of-the-line product, and leakage should not have occurred.

The rude email I received when I requested a refund due to the fact that the pads did not work for me. I will definitely inform this to my credit card company . I explained that I felt the ad was alittke confusing.

Your ordered the incorrect product for your needs, and were advised so, in the email as follows which we do not feel was in any way rude: Booster pads are for the specific purpose of boosting the performance of an incontinence product. They should not be used alone, since they will not absorb and retain fluids in the manner a bladder control pad does.

With the amount fluid I produce. It soak the pad in seconds and all over my clothes.
Response from Parentgiving· Dec 8, 2023
The sample booster pad you purchased is for use within another incontinence product to provide additional absorption. They are not for stand-alone use.

Took forever to ship, even spoke to someone on the phone who “guaranteed” she just talked to the warehouse and it was being shipped out that day but it didn’t ship for 2 more days. Horrible customer service.

This order was placed on November 27, and delivered on the 29th, well within the usual 3-5 day delivery window, despite it being the busiest week of the year for carriers such as FedEx
