The shower chair works great. My wife is invalid. She feels much more secure with it than the old one. The only negative was the poor quality of the assembly instructions. Assembly took longer than it should have because of that.

The call line person was considerate and extremely helpful in assisting me to select the right product. I’m changing from Dry Direct Super Overnight to Dry Direct Ultimate Protective Underwear. Hopefully the new product will solve the problem with overnight leakages.

Super quick shipping. I sent a question, through chat or email, cannot recall and it seemed like it took longer than it should have to get a reply. Options are pretty pricey but I like their exclusive adult underwear.

Their Ultimate Underwear has been a lifesaver for my elderly Dad. Finally a product that doesn’t leak! He likes that they come in black too. We’ve now ordered a case and trying the overnights. Loved the fast delivery too. Ordered Thursday and they arrived Friday. Would definitely give them a 5 but I’m very disappointed by their customer service. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. Called when they arrived the very next day to order the correct size and return the incorrect ones and they would not honor the discount I had used the previous day. They said it was only good for one day. That was extremely disappointing.
