The product that you ordered is a flow through pad that is used to add additional absorbency to disposable incontinence underwear or tape on briefs. Please contact our customer service and we can assist you in finding another product for your needs.

Product way too large and awkward. Waste of money as no option to return.

We are unable to accept the return of hygiene products that have been opened, since they cannot be resold. We recommend that customers first purchase samples to avoid sizing issues.

They sent wrong absorbency, Cust Svc cannot refund nor exchange. Imo works no different from any other pad. It was less absorbent. The reply below let's us know they're not reading responses or don't care. It confirms my order and doesn't read I've already spoken with customer service!

This product became like a skirt and hard to wear under pants. I am looking for something that will hold water and not be obvious.
