Package(s) arrives crushed. I receive 2 cartons per delivery and if not both come crunched. The shipper seems to pack in randomly selected boxes. Often the box size is 2x that necessary for the contents... I bhave mentioned this to customer service and was told thet it is out of their control because the material is shipped by a 3rd party. My advice find another party to make your shipments!

Never received my sample order and I called CS. They said they would track it and call back. They never called back.

I recently had an ad show up buy one case, get one case free. Even if the product was so-so it would not be bad. So I ordered two cases and received confirmation and two tracking numbers, one for each case. No. The two cases weren't it was one case of three packages, original packaging, and a second case of one package. This was what I ordered and expected, but why are they calling two thirds of a case, a whole case? Imagine WalMart opening 24 can cases of Coke and selling 16 cans repacked as cases. Also why was the case, in the original rather plain (some product codes) box placed in another larger box for shipping? That is a serious waste of cardboard. Why weren't all four packages of the two "cases" simply put into a single larger box?

This product is packaged in packs of 30. One case has two packs. You ordered two cases - four packs of product, and received four packs of product. We would have explained this, had you have called us to advise that you thought there was a short shipment. This product is packaged in packs of 30. One case has two packs.

These are certainly absorbent but the adhesive leaves a lot to be desired. It did not hold the pad in place against my underwear, and the adhesive leaft a lot of residue on my underwear. Not a good fit for me at all.

The pads are soft as advertised. Delivery was timely. The pads are absorbent, but they are narrow and allow bypass. They are not right for me. Parentgiving responded to this review that I had ordered a sample of underwear, not pads. That's false. I ordered pads. I received pads. I tried the pads. I didn't like the pads.

Please accept our apology for the error. The Dry Direct booster pads that you ordered are flow through pads without a plastic backing that are made to be used with disposable underwear or tape on briefs. They will add up to 32 ounces of absorbency to the product. if you are looking for a wider plastic pad with plastic backing. I would suggest the Dry Direct overnight bladder control pads which are used with cloth underwear. They have a plastic backing and the dimensions are 5 inches wide x 13.5 inches long. The product can hold up to 30 ounces of absorbency. If you would like to order a sample of the product, please contact our customer service and we would be happy to assist you.

I just do not like the product I bought. I was looking for a pull-on type incontinence brief. If you have a pull-on sample I would appreciate the opportunity to try before buying in an XL size.

We are sorry that you did not find the product you ordered met your needs. In this industry, "briefs" is the word used for tape-on products. You require a "pull-on underwear" product. We will send you a sample.

You have placed one order with us for 2 packs of Depend Fitted Maximum Protection Briefs that was placed on December 13th and according to the UPS tracking number it was delivered on Thursday December 14th.
