Correcting an Error
I ordered small underwear for my mother. Unfortunately what was delivered was x-large. My husband called that afternoon and spoke to someone who explained all he had to do was repack the box and UPS would pick it up the next day and deliver the correct size. And that is exactly what happened. Mistakes will happen; it is how it is resolved that matters. One day after receiving the wrong size merchandise it was picked up and the correct size delivered. Nice job resolving your mistake quickly and with no hassle.
