It's over a week now since I placed my order and there has been no email providing updates on my order.

I am very sorry that you did not receive your order. We were trying to fulfill every order that we received but unfortunately the item is on backorder. Due to the unprecedented recent demand for protective medical supplies, this item has become unavailable with no estimated back in stock date. A refund has been processed. I like the Tranquality product but it takes too long to have it shipped, and this was before the virus slowed things down. My husband is completely incontinent and must have this product. I have now placed us on automatic shipping each month in hopes that this will keep us in the product on a regular basis.

I am completely satisfied with your product; however, I am completely dissatisfied with customer service in terms of the amount of "wait time" it takes to actually speak to a representative. In fact, I have made several calls but not once have I been able to get through to a representative. Finally, I had to hang up because I had been holding a long time. Once, I clicked the prompt (#3) to leave a message and a call back number. It was approximately three hours before someone called me back. This is the reason for the 3 stars.

Too heavy, loose

They are very absorbent, but, way too short in the waist, they continually roll down.

We understand this product may not fit perfect, unfortunately they make one product to fit everyone and we are all shaped different. Great service price and products Would have been 5 stars if not for the restrictions of only being allowed to bu one sample Some of us need to try a couple times to make sure the product is a good fit

To be able to offer the sample program that we have on our website, we have to abide by what the different manufacturer's allow which is 1 set of samples. It is an opportunity for you to try the sample and check the fit and the absorbency to make sure it will work for you.

Useless tray for walker. Not safe for handicap person. Trashed box, can’t return. Inaccurate marketing info, my last purchase from you.

Sam, I'm sorry you felt the walker tray was not safe. Can you tell us in what way you felt it was unsafe? Is the distance between your walker handles 16.5"? Were the dimensions on our website of 23" (W) x 1.5" (H) x 17" (D) inaccurate? We would like to make corrections as needed and appreciate your input. I'm sorry you threw out the box and cannot return the tray but I have put $10 worth of points into your account, should you decide to purchase from Parentgiving again.
