This order was received on April 26, after the cut off deadline for same day shipping. It shipped the following day, and was delivered on 04/29, within our three-day delivery guidelines. I am sorry that you found follow up slow. The Director of Customer Services followed up to your initial email four minutes after it was received. You do not appear to have received this email, and when you subsequently sent an email, that was followed up to two minutes after receipt, with "You ordered a case of four packs. I can arrange the return of any unopened packs for you. Please advise how many packs you want to return, and I will facilitate a call tag, and FedEx will collect the products from you. I was waiting for you to indicate how many packs you wanted to return, in order to facilitate that for you." We did not hear from you, but, then provided you with the information to return your products. I am very sorry to hear that you have not received your complete order, and understand your frustration. This vendor experienced a serious systems breakdown during the first week of December, and this has caused a number of issues in their effectively and correctly fulfilling their orders, since then. I have contacted them, and they will do an investigation, since they need to confirm how many units the manufacturer shipped, and ascertain tracking for each. In reviewing your order, I noticed that you ordered the wrong size on the product. There are 2 different sizes available. The smaller size has a weight capacity of 95-220 lbs which should work perfectly for your Mom.
