Your advertisements LIE. These briefs are neither more or less absorbent than the ones I got from Because Market. The person I spoke with yesterday had nothing of any consequence to say, nor did she offer so much as a token apology.

Jim, I'm sorry our Dry Direct Ultimate Protective Underwear was not the right product for you. I spoke with you yesterday, asked if the product was fitting you snuggly and you indicated it was - I would have sent you another size to try if they had been too large (which can cause leakage). These are the most absorbent, comfortable pull ups that we carry, but they are not the perfect solution for everyone and I am very sorry they did not work for you.

Some information on the package and page was confusing as to the differences between the different items. I found it hard to understand which item I needed to buy. What I had to do was buy several different items to find the one that actually worked for me. Otherwise I did find the items worked pretty much as advertised. I especially like the fact that the underware provides good protection. What I dislike is that the cost is pretty pricey, especially since I need to change fairly often.

I am sorry to hear that the packing slip was unclear. This order was for a pack of Dry Direct Ultimate Underwear (XX-Large - Pack of 12)

I received the product but in my opinion it was subpar and not as advertised as far quality goes. I tried two and both loosened up and one the tape ripped off over night and asked for a refund. I was told it couldn't happen but they could sent another product. The product they sent wasn't comparable to the overnight product i ordered and in fact things i could get anywhere not there own brand. The size was to big on two colored products and the two white ones i had already tried from another company and didn't work, if they had asked me I would have told them. So I lost the money i paid because as i told them I disliked them enough that I just donated to second hand store. Not very happy at all and would NEVER recommend the product to anyone that asked about them and say why!

We are sorry that this product did not meet your needs. As our customer service representative advised you, we are unable to accept the return of opened packs for hygiene reasons. However, she did offer to send you samples of other products, and we would be happy to do so, if you would like to contact us at 888-746-2107

The products are good but I can't afford them. The first one I ordered had the 20% off and free shipping . The 2nd I thought was the same because of the way the advertising was presented . But I wound up paying 10$ more than the cost of the product. I was disappointed . excuse me . not plain as day . The first page gets your attention. In very small letters the 2nd page has for your first order. Legal but sneaky.

The coupon, is, as it states on our website, for use on your first order of products from the new Dry Direct product line. I am sorry for any confusion, and hope you are finding the product beneficial.

Not absorbent enough. I had to use two instead of one, making the price twice as much as I had planned.

Sewing on the front top of the cap wiped out half the word POWER in sentence. Bought two ball caps and it did the same thing to both caps. Not good for business!

Scooter arrived today and is working great. I'm sorry for the previous bad review/complaints however, it did take a lot longer to receive this scooter than from the previous site that sent my original scooter.
Response from Parentgiving· Sep 22, 2021
We are delighted that you have received your scooter and that it's working out well for you.
