Only half of my Autoship order has been received. One box delivered on April 4 but still waiting for other half of shipment.

I'M TRYING TO LEAVE A REVIEW AND TRYING TO DO THIS FOR PROBABLY MORE TIME THAT I CAN THINK OF MORE ADVENTUROUS TODAY THAT'S WHY I'VE ONLY GETTING THREE STARS I FOUND BULK ITEMS TO ORDER FOR LESS THAN $1.50 A DAY BUT I'M BEING CHARGED MORE FOR PACKETS OF 20 OR 40 BECAUSE I CAN'T FIGURE OUT

Pads are lacking in adequate stick so they slip down or fold over and make a mess. I will not be ordering them again. Even the ultimate nighttime pull-ups do not hold liquids like they used to so I have been inserting the pads that do not stick properly for extra protection. This creates a lot of extra bulk and because the pads old over, they do not do the job. I will be trying other products and hope for greater protection.

We will be sending you some complimentary products to try. Please do not use bladder control pads within incontinence underwear, since it will impede the effectiveness of the underwear. If you want extra absorption within a product, a booster pad is what you need. You ill be receiving this, too.

Usualy,I rate you as 5 in both categories. This time, I needed extra overnight underwear, to be shipped at once. However your clerks decided to send the extras with the scheduled monthly shipment a week later, requiring me to obtain a ride to a pharmacy to buy enough of any available brand to last until the regular shipment a week later. Otherwise, your services and products were 5 as usual.

You placed the additional order after the cut off shipping deadline on February 25, and it shipped on the 26th. Your regular subscription shipped on its usual monthly schedule - in this instance March 4.

After extended conversation with a representative, I was lead to believe I had a returnable chair. I guess I missed something. I have not been able to be in touch..

Ronald, I'm sorry you did not see our return policy on the website: Golden Technology Return Policy for Lift Chairs - Lift chairs are not returnable unless defective. This item is considered medical equipment and for hygienic reasons cannot be returned unless defective. Again, we are sorry not to be able to accommodate your request.

I usually order 4 packages but this last time, only 1 package was shipped Not sure why,but now I have to order more. Did I mess up? How can I make my order the same every time?

Just sort of ok for bowel incontinence. They do not pull up far enough in rear and allows over the top leakage. See Northshore Go Supreme for much better design. Yours are better than nothing Hugh.

Your products seem to be fine... your labeling could improve, as I purchased 4 bottles of the wrong product (returned) and bought the correct one.

I checked our records and I only have one order for you placed on February 1st for 1 bottle of the Remedy 4-in-1 Antimicrobial Cleanser by Medline not 4. The order was delivered on February 2nd and I do not see that a return was ever requested. We are an internet retailer not the manufacturer of the product.
