I ordered a personalized firefighter Metal decor. It arrived with background pink. It was supposed to be red. I immediately emailed company and they apologized and sent a new one at no charge. Very reputable.

As a professional Sign Contractor, I scrutinize signage more so than perhaps the typical consumer. I rate the project with ***** 5 Stars. Quality of materials is appropriate for the application. Paint finish is beautiful. Route file is spot on as the holes are correctly aligned for mounting. Packaging was done correctly because the product arrived undamaged. BRAVO! A job well done and the timing of it all was within industry standards if not a tad bit ahead. I would recommend purchasing products from this company.

We ordered a custom metal sign for the outside of our home. It arrived with a small nick in the metal. I emailed the company and they told us they would promptly send a replacement sign. True to their word, we received the replacement within two weeks and it was in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this company.
