save your time and money and work with functional dieticians through other, more transparent telehealth applications
I felt the service was a waste of time and money. Not only is there a "subscription" fee, but then fees for visits on top of that. I asked to cancel originally in the first week after seeing how this was truly all laid out (because your website is pretty misleading with the insurance bit). But the case manager talked me into trying an appointment. Which brings me to the doctors. One seemed like she'd be great with a functional background (Goggins), but then she goes and talks have the appointment about micro-dosing GLP-1s. When I expressed concern with that the the case manager, she talked me into a "free" session with a different doctor. This one seemed like any old run of the mill endocrinologist looking at clinical normal ranges for anything not specifically thyroid panel. I don't need to pay a stupid subscription fee plus visist fees for this type of care. I expressed this to the care manager and she helped me cancel. However, this doesn't help me get my wasted money back. Thanks for nothing, Paloma. To anyone else out there - save your time and money and work with functional dieticians through other, more transparent telehealth applications.
