I liked being able to pick what I wanted in the package. But there were many things out of stock. I wish there were more choices. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience.

Everything came in great shape but it did not arrive at the time I was expecting. I would recommend setting your packages to be delivered the day before you actually need it just in case.

For the most part, I loved Package Penguin! It's one of the cheapest and easiest ways to send a nice care package to someone. Everything was on time and accurate except that I ordered Haribo gummy bears and instead they sent a different brand.

Recipient of the package was very pleased with the quality and packaging was good. Pricing is very reasonable and easy to personalize an order. I had not received any confirmation. Of shipment but your customer service responded right away and the package was delivered that day

I was pleased with the process of being able to choose my own items for the gift box. As far as I know the recipient received what I ordered. A bit disappointed with delivery date. I requested Valentine’s Day, was told it would be that day but then got a notice that it would be on the 15th. Otherwise, a good experience. I would order again.

i love using Package Penguin - it's great to be able to select the individual snacks and treats i'm sending to my recipients based on their favorites.

I love this idea. It's cute and convenient. I got everything I asked for and got it on time. The only thing is say, would be to broaden the selection of choices of food you can get. Like chips or popcorn. Other than that it all turned out great. Thank you!
