Rubbish - pretends to be a Singapore company (.com.sg) - and says they will deliver in days - they don't - their courier doesn't have a domain, just an IP address - constant excuses. Would not put my money with this company again.

Got a quick confirmation and despatch notification with a tracking number, but have so far completely failed to deliver. I have tried re-confirming my address and even added a precise map link of the location but OZ Cosmetics have still failed to deliver. Hardly the 3-6 days promised and I am out of pocket.

I checked before buying - OZ Cosmetics has a UK contact address and short delivery period via Royal Mail. So I assumed that VAT or other charges would not apply to my order. This was a mistake, but believe the company is being deliberately unclear and while maybe not malicious, I feel as if I have been deceived. Wherever this product really comes from (Sweden?) or however they account for it, you must assume it WILL incur VAT and Handling charges if you live in the UK. I did not receive the product within the time specified and emailed them and was told to wait. I ordered it on 29 August and in the end received a Royal Mail demand for more money on 11 September. OZ cannot be faulted on their prompt email responses, but it should be clear on their website that if you live in the UK it will be incur other significant charges and delivery will be delayed as a result. Had I known, I would not have made the purchase. It would have been cheaper and quicker from John Lewis. The delay was due to the product being stuck in customs and I was charged nearly £20 by Royal Mail for VAT and "Handling Charges". When the product arrived its packaging did not match that in their photo on-line - not very reassuring. So beware!

We are sorry for the VAT charges. These charges are made very clear on the checkout pages. The default option of shipping is VAT prepaid. The one you selected is subject to VAT and handling charges. You should have been aware of this when you placed the order because you changed from VAT prepaid to normal registered post. It's still OK if you do not wish to pay these fees. If so please refuse the order at the post office and we will issue the full refund of your order as soon as the parcel is confirmed being returned.

Item was shipped 4 days after receiving cleared payment. It's been two weeks now, but there is no trace of my order. Tracking number is not valid. Email confirmation is from OZ cosmetics (UK), but looks like they are shipping from China. Will never try again.

This is an unfair review. Order was sent in 48 hours. Tracking was provided. Tracking on Royal Mail shows it was delivered. Order was sent from Sweden. Tracking number (ending SE) proves this.
